Chantal Gagné

Ms. Gagné has extensive experience in customer service, specifically in workforce planning. During her 30 years of service with Bell Canada, she held various management positions, including that of the divisional head of workforce management from 2003 to 2011. In 2012, newly retired, she created OGECA Groupe Conseil, of which she is President &Executive Director.

She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Laval University. Socially involved, she also sits on the board of directors of the Baie-Saint-Paul Hospital Foundation.
