Kai Doemming

Kai Doemming is currently the Head of Consulting Services at Groupe SII since June 2023, leading the Consulting Services & Support department within the Digital Services unit. Prior experience includes roles at MHP – A Porsche Company, where responsibilities ranged from Program Lead for the Volkswagen project house to People Counselor and Senior Manager focused on engineering performance innovation. Previous positions at Capgemini Engineering involved program and project management in the E-Mobility sector, as well as project management for complete vehicle development at EDAG, and component project management for Volkswagen AG at Lopotec. Early career experiences include heading office management for sales and marketing at DB International GmbH and serving as a student research assistant at the Institute for Urban Research, Planning, and Communication. Kai Doemming holds a Diplom in Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule Erfurt and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau.
