Donna Guzman

Donna Guzman is a multifaceted professional currently serving as a Research Fellow in ETFs at Robinhood since September 2023. Concurrently, Donna is a mentor in the VCU Computer Science Mentorship Program and a Teaching Assistant, responsible for developing educational materials and assisting students with online learning tools at Virginia Commonwealth University. As a Research Assistant in the NLP Lab and holding leadership roles such as Financial Chair and Historian for NSBE Professionals, Fundraising Chair for ColorStack, and President of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice, Donna demonstrates strong commitment to community engagement and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Donna gained practical experience as an intern in Delegate Maldonado's Office, contributing to research and event planning. Donna is pursuing degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, and a minor in Computer Science at Virginia Commonwealth University, expected to graduate in 2024.
