Anusha Reddy Kotha

Anusha Reddy Kotha is an accomplished professional with over 5 years of experience in electrical and electronics engineering, focusing on RTL development, DFT, and synthesis tools for CPU design optimization. Currently serving as Engagement Lead for Technical Women at Microsoft and as Treasurer for the Austin Section of the Society of Women Engineers, Anusha has previously held roles at Intel Corporation as a Senior SoC Design Engineer and at Nokia and Tesla as a Hardware Engineer and Design Engineer, respectively, where significant contributions to product development and manufacturing processes were made. Anusha's academic background includes a Master's Degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Technology from Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science. Additionally, Anusha has engaged in mentoring high school students in STEM through various outreach initiatives.
