Diego Lievano

Diego Lievano is a seasoned Pega Senior System Architect currently employed at SoftServe since June 2023, following its acquisition of Hoverstate where Diego held a similar position from December 2020 to June 2023. With extensive experience in systems architecture and development, Diego has worked with major clients such as Scotiabank MX, implementing Pega’s Customer Service framework across multiple countries and handling sensitive data interactions. Previous roles include R&D Engineer at Rulesware and System Developer at Avianca, showcasing a solid foundation in software development with technologies such as Pega-PRPC, ASP.NET, and the MERN stack. Diego holds a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering from Universidad Centroamericana and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate program in AI and Machine Learning at Purdue University.
