M. Carmen Mateos Alcaide is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in software quality assurance and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Software QA Engineer at Softtek since June 2021, M. Carmen ensures quality throughout all stages of development and release processes. Previously, M. Carmen worked as a Marketing Manager at Grupo Hidalgo Reinsa, where responsibilities included sales and negotiation in various marketplaces, event organization, and web design. M. Carmen's extensive teaching experience in information technology spans multiple institutions from 1987 to 2012. In addition to practical experience, M. Carmen possesses a strong educational foundation with specialized training in project management, web application development, and various design and programming disciplines.
