Rosana Gómez

Rosana (Ros) Gómez serves as the Global Director of the Retail Center of Excellence at Softtek since June 2016, leading teams in commercial operations, solution design, and service delivery across the United States, Mexico, and South America to achieve revenue targets. Previously, Ros held roles including Retail Center of Excellence Director and SAP Retail Practice Leader at Softtek, focusing on optimizing retail solutions and integrating SAP technologies. Prior experience includes serving as a Retail Architect at Sofos, where Ros managed multidisciplinary teams on retail solution designs and project leadership at Locatel Venezuela, overseeing interfaces and enhancements related to POS platforms. Ros is well-educated in project management and leadership, with recent diplomas from the University of Colorado and MIT Sloan School of Management, complemented by specialist qualifications in project management and system engineering.
