Matt Archer

Matt Archer is the Director of Housing, Communities and Organisational Development at Soha Housing, where they focus on developing services and partnerships to aid disadvantaged young people in achieving sustainable employment. Previously, Matt held leadership roles at City Gateway and ThinkForward UK, driving employment outcomes and managing youth employment programmes. Matt's early career included positions at the London Borough of Sutton and The Henry Smith Charity, showcasing a commitment to community development and local government initiatives. Matt earned a BA (Hons) in French and Hispanic Studies from the University of Liverpool and a Postgraduate Diploma in Local Government Management from the University of Warwick.
