Ashish Khole

Ashish Khole currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Solar Industries India Limited, a leading global entity in the explosive sector and emerging player in the Defence sector, since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ashish worked as the Deputy General Manager at TATA Advanced Systems Limited from April 2021 to October 2024, contributing to a well-recognized aerospace and defence organization known for its customer-centric approach and employee-friendly culture. Ashish also held the position of Assistant General Manager at TAL - Aerospace Business Unit of Tata Group from July 2014 to October 2021, where involvement included partnerships with major clients such as Boeing and Airbus. Earlier in career, Ashish was a Manager in Human Resources at Mahindra & Mahindra from May 2006 to July 2014, managing HR operations across corporate and plant settings. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Labour Laws and HR from Balaji Institute of Management and a B.E. in Production from College of Engineering, Badnera.
