Tatsiana Melnichuk is a seasoned Human Resources Manager currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Solbeg since 2023. They have held various HR leadership roles, including HR Manager at UNDP and Executive Director of Human Resources at both ALT (Microlife Belarus) and ТрайдексБелПлюс. With a solid background in strategic personnel management and HR processes, Tatsiana has contributed to organizational culture and staff engagement in multiple organizations. They hold a degree in Psychology from Belarusian State Pedagogical University and furthered their education with an HR Executive mini MBA.
