Dynshaw Italia

Dynshaw Italia is the current CFO at Soldo, a position they have held since January 2017. Prior to this, they were the Group CFO at CreditEnable from January 2014 to December 2017.

Dynshaw has also been the Group Chief Financial Officer at Lebara from January 2017 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the financial accounting of the company, including audit and budgeting, commercial finance, procurement, revenue assurance and fraud, internal audit, legal, tax and treasury, M&A, accounting systems, and investor relations.

Under Dynshaw's leadership, the finance department was successfully transitioned to support the company's growth into a multi-geography, multi-product and multi-company organisation. In the last 18 months of their tenure, the Company launched Lebara Talk (a VOIP product) globally, Lebara Play (a media platform for migrant content - TV and movies), Lebara Remittance and Lebara Insurance. Dynshaw also successfully completed a large debt finance transaction to help fund the launch of the various digital products.

Dynshaw Italia is a Fellow Chartered Accountant who has also obtained a diploma in Building Value Through Inspired Leadership from the Cranfield School of Management. Dynshaw has also obtained a diploma in Value Forum (Creating value for business) from the Cranfield School of Management. In addition, they have also passed the ACA exam from the ICAEW with a first time pass and has obtained a distinction (merit list) in the Foundation Course from the London Guildhall University. Furthermore, they have also obtained a distinction (merit list) in their Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the Osmania University (Indian Institute of Management and Commerce). Lastly, they have also obtained a first in their ISC (Equivalent to A levels) from The Doon School and a first in their ICSE (Equivalent to O Levels) from The Doon School.
