Karl Schlobohm

Karl Schlobohm is the current Company Secretary at SolGold. Prior to this, they served as the Company Secretary at Armour Energy from December 2009 to January 2022, and at DGR Global from April 2009 to January 2022. Karl also served as the CFO at Meridian Minerals from August 2007 to April 2009, and as the Chairman at Retail Radio from July 2005 to November 2009.

Karl Schlobohm has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Economics from St Laurences College. Karl is currently studying for a Master of Taxation at The University of Queensland.

They are on a team with Ryan Wilson - Group General Counsel, Andy Taunton - VP, SolGold Ecuador, and Benn Whistler - Technical Services Manager. Their manager is Darryl Cuzzubbo, Managing Director & CEO.
