Kameka M. Dempsey

Kameka M. Dempsey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusivity initiatives, currently serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity Client Advisory Board Member at [solidcore] and co-chair of the COVID-19 Technology Task Force. As the Founder and CEO of KD Leadership Strategies since 2016, Kameka has focused on leadership development and talent management while holding strategic advisory roles at BlackRock since 2013 and previously at Goldman Sachs. Kameka's career includes significant positions such as Deputy Training and Leadership Manager for Harris for President and Director of Shared Interest Groups at Yale University. Academic achievements include an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a BA from Yale University, and additional education from the MIT Sloan School of Management and iPEC.
