The executive team at Sollio Cooperative Group has a history of experience in various fields including finance, agriculture, communications, and more. Many members of the team have worked for other companies such as Groupe BMR, La Coop fédérée, and Infinium Capital Management. They have also been involved with various organizations such as Dans la rue and the Association des stations de ski du Québec (ASSQ). Furthermore, the team has a variety of educational backgrounds from universities such as Concordia University, Université Laval, and Université de Montréal.
