Nicole Mitchell

Nicole Mitchell is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as the Assistant Floor Manager at Solutions Leisure Group since October 2022, Nicole has held various positions including Restaurant Manager at Snowbel and Senior Restaurant Manager at Spur. Previous roles include Executive Operations at EXL and Assistant Manager during the pre-opening of Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Center. Nicole started as a Waitress at Spur Steak Ranges and progressed to Head Waitress at Marjan Island Resort & Spa. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Science from the University of South Africa, earned between 2010 and 2017.
