Alice Hu Wissing

Alice Hu Wissing, JD, MBA, CPCU, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Property North America at Sompo International, a position held since March 2018. With prior roles as Vice President for Property Underwriting in the Western Region and as a Property Technical Underwriting Manager at Sompo International, Alice also contributed to Liberty Mutual Insurance as the Director of Underwriting for National Insurance Property. Earlier experience includes serving as AVP, Corporate Solutions Property Underwriter at Swiss Re and as a Global Corporate Property Underwriter at Zurich Financial Services. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of San Francisco School of Management, a JD/MBA from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a BA in Economics and Political Science, with a minor in Policy Studies from UCLA.
