Michael Robinson

Michael Robinson serves as the Global Director of Safety & Security at Sonder Inc., a role held since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading global fraud prevention and risk operations, as well as implementing advanced booking risk assessment systems. Prior to this, Michael held various positions at Amazon from January 2017 to May 2019, including Fulfillment Operations Manager, where leadership of over 200 associates ensured effective operations during peak times, and Logistics Operations Manager, overseeing last-mile delivery in London. Earlier experience in the British Army, from January 2012 to December 2016, involved roles such as Regimental Adjutant, Instructor, and Company Second-In-Command, contributing to officer selection, training delivery, and resource management. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Birmingham and a Master's degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
