SonderMind is a VC-backed digital health company redesigning behavioral health through covered and timely access, increased utilization, and data-validated quality outcomes. We are a team of Explorers, Builders, and Change Makers democratizing the complicated world of behavioral healthcare for therapists and clients alike.

How you'll make an impact

SonderMind is hiring a Manager of Growth Operations to own a market and grow all aspects of the business for a regional area leveraging a cross-functional team. In this role, you leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to drive growth. To do this you will need to partner with leaders across the company to understand local market nuances and key business metrics to deliver on new, local programs. Our Managers of Growth Operations dig into all aspects of our business – clients, therapists, product, payor relationships, partnerships – to uncover insights & drive growth.

What you'll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics and insights into local variables to drive strategies for SonderMind in the local markets.
  • Create and deliver on programs to drive growth in local markets leveraging cross-functional teams
  • Identify business levers at the local level that can be leveraged in multiple markets
  • Provide monthly reporting on regional performance, initiatives from the previous month and planned activities for the coming months with estimated results from those actions.
  • Inform regional structure and responsibilities for SonderMind regional operating model going forward based on your learnings

Required Experience

  • 7+ years experience in market operations, business strategy, or business development
  • Strong organizational and team support skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data driven decision making mindset – must love to dig into the data and understand the root cause
  • Ability to build and implement process flows, as well as, manage process flow metrics
  • Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and interact with all levels and disciplines within the organization
  • Outstanding attention to detail

Preferred Experience

  • MBA
  • Behavioral healthcare experience
  • High growth environment experience
  • Startup experience
