Sam McKay

Sam McKay is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in sales and operations. Currently serving as the Complex Director of Sales and Marketing at Sonesta International Hotels since October 2025, Sam previously held the position of Area Director of Sales at Aimbridge Hospitality from March 2021 to October 2025, overseeing market positioning for the award-winning Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites in Midtown Atlanta. Sam’s background includes several leadership roles, such as General Manager at Chartwell Hospitality and McKibbon Hospitality, as well as Vice President of Operations at Tallahassee Hospitality Group, where responsibilities encompassed the management of diverse hospitality offerings, including upscale restaurants and nightlife venues. Sam's career began with a role at Summit East Investors as General Manager and VP of Operations from March 2011 to November 2015.
