Jennie Ingram

Jennie is a seasoned transactional attorney with extensive experience in business and legal affairs in digital media and music, as well as corporate law, including public company compliance, securities and general business law. She has wide-ranging experience in the digital media and music space, which includes drafting and negotiating digital content agreements, with a focus on music licensing, advising and counseling on complex legal and business issues for evolving business models, and implementing rights management and compliance programs related to intellectual property rights.

Prior to her work in digital media and music, Jennie counseled publicly held corporations on a broad range of business matters, including corporate governance and compliance and reporting obligations under U.S. federal securities laws.
