Joe Mozden

Joe Mozden is the current CEO of Sonic Foundry. Joe has a long history of working in leadership positions with a focus on problem-solving and growth. Joe started their career at DeVry University where they eventually became the Vice President of DeVryWORKS.

At DeVryWORKS, Joe oversaw the development of a new workforce solutions team that helped corporate partners build a bench of highly skilled employees. The team was successful in attracting and retaining talent, as well as energizing a business growth strategy.

After four years at DeVry, Joe Mozden left to join Sonic Foundry Inc. as the CEO. Under Joe's leadership, Sonic Foundry has continued to grow and expand its reach internationally. Joe has also been instrumental in developing new sales channels that have increased revenue for the company.

Joe Mozden earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NYU Stern School of Business in finance and international business. Joe also holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
