Thomas Keeling

Thomas Keeling is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at Sonobi since July 2022, Thomas provides IT onboarding for new employees and manages Mosyle MDM software for the organization's Macs. Prior to this role, Thomas was an IT Support Specialist at Barry University, assisting students and faculty with diverse IT issues for over 300 MacBooks. Thomas's career began at Apple, where as a Technical Specialist, responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues on Apple devices while adhering to strict privacy and security protocols. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Engineering from Valencia College.
