Dom Houlemard

Dom Houlemard, PE, is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business development and engineering. Currently the founder of 7H Strategies, Dom focuses on driving growth for businesses by providing clarity and fostering authentic leadership. As a STEM educator at the Sonoma County Office of Education, Dom is dedicated to preparing high school students for careers in engineering and science, aiming to cultivate a new generation of innovators. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at L3Harris Technologies, as well as Director of Advanced Programs at L-3 Sonoma EO and L-3 Wescam, where Dom played key roles in advancing high-resolution airborne imaging systems. Dom's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Sonoma Design Group, Innovadyne Technologies, and Wescam Versatron. Dom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
