Craig Shelburne

Craig Shelburne is a co-founder of Sonos, Inc., where they have held a variety of roles since 2002, including CFO and Chief Legal Officer. Craig was lead counsel for Sonos' IPO in 2018. Prior to joining Sonos, Craig was Director of Corporate Development at Openwave Systems from 2000 to 2002, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Software.com from 1998 to 2000. Craig began their legal career as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 1996 to 1998, and then at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld from 1994 to 1996.

Craig Shelburne has a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, and a BA in Political Science and Theirtory from Duke University, which they graduated cum laude.
