Bob Strudwick

Bob Strudwick is the current Chief Technology Officer at Sonovate. Bob has previously held this position at ASOS.com from October 2011 to November 2019. During their time at ASOS, Bob was responsible for driving and defining technology strategy, enterprise architecture, product selection and roadmap. Bob also built and led software engineering capability, developed the processes and personnel for effective technical delivery, delivered high productivity data science capability, and supported product ownership model with expert Business Analysis and Transformation capabilities. Bob has also worked as a Managing Consultant at EMC Consulting from March 2008 to October 2011, where they delivered on time, on budget store wide SharePoint intranet project for Marks and Spencer. Bob also successfully turned around a failing 12 month store wide SharePoint intranet project for Marks and Spencer. For Fancy Dress Outfitters, Bob delivered a best in class e-commerce solution under £1M for a customer with no B2C experience or infrastructure. Bob has also worked on cost savings strategies focussed on Cloud Computing and Service Orientation for Linklaters, and completed a year-long technical redesign and deployment of the Play.com web platform.

Bob Strudwick's educational career includes a MSc in Computer Science from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in Politics & Government from London Metropolitan University.
