Aivar Laan

Aivar Laan is a seasoned professional in the music and entertainment industries, currently serving as the General Manager of Product & Engineering at Sony Music Entertainment in Estonia since July 2022. With a rich entrepreneurial background, Aivar founded and led innovative ventures such as FanSifter, a fan data management platform, and Festivality, a technology platform for festivals and events. Aivar's extensive experience includes holding key positions as a shareholder and supervisory board member at Pakri Saarte Arenduse SA, and a partner at 360° Event Service, as well as founding roles at The Agency and Kino Pagalms Riga.
