Ben Farmer is the Senior Vice President of People Experience at Sony Music, where they lead the International HR team for EMEA and APAC since 2020. With almost two decades of experience in human resources across various industries, Ben worked at Amazon from 2012 to 2019, holding multiple HR leadership roles, including Head of HR for the UK Corporate and UK Consumer divisions. Prior to Amazon, Ben served as HR Manager for Northern Europe at Aegis Media and held positions in HR services at BSkyB. Ben holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Hull, earned between 1996 and 2000. Additionally, Ben currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the International Tree Foundation.
