Jeff Soto

Jeff Soto is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across major companies, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Head of TA Americas at Sony Music Entertainment since September 2019. In this role, Jeff is responsible for developing and leading the talent acquisition strategy to facilitate organizational growth and transformation. Prior to Sony Music, Jeff held various leadership positions at Macy's, including Director of Talent Acquisition for Professional Services, and played a pivotal role in recruitment strategies for key business sectors. Other notable experiences include managing global recruitment efforts at Revlon and leading talent acquisition teams at HBO and American Express. Jeff holds a B.A. in Communication & Public Relations from Arizona State University West.
