With over 20 years of diverse HR experience in Central and Eastern Europe and the EMEA region, they have held key positions primarily at General Electric across various sectors, including Aviation, Energy, and Corporate functions. Gordana has successfully driven HR initiatives focused on digitization and organizational effectiveness, leveraging their strategic expertise to enhance talent management and create operational excellence. They hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zagreb and a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
