Cory Schaefer is an accomplished professional in strategic planning and marketing with a robust background spanning various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the VP and Strategic Planning Director at Sound Healthcare Communications since September 2025, Cory's expertise has been honed through prior positions including Senior Strategy Director at Avalere Health, Group Director of Strategy at Paradowski Creative, and multiple strategic roles at Avalere Health. Additional experience includes content strategy at Timmermann Group, brand solutions management at SLAM! Agency, and media specialization at St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Cory holds a B.A. in Marketing and Philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis and also attended UCL in 1998.
