Stephanie Finney

Stephanie Finney is an experienced professional in strategic partnerships and recruitment, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Strategic Partnerships at Sound Transit since June 2011, after holding the position of Senior Manager in Recruitment and Retention. Prior to that, Stephanie worked as the Director of Recruitment for the City of Chicago from February 2008 to May 2010. Earlier career roles included Manager of Employee Development and Manager of Recruitment at the Chicago Transit Authority between October 2000 and February 2008. Stephanie Finney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
