Ashley Black

Ashley Black has over a decade of experience in finance and investor relations, currently serving as the Investor Relations Manager at Southern Company since June 2011. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at Southern Company, including Financial Planning Manager, Assistant to the President & CEO of Southern Power Company, Structuring & Renewables Acquisitions Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Earlier in the career, Ashley worked as a Tax Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2008 to May 2011. Academic qualifications include a Masters of Tax Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, both obtained from The University of Alabama.
