Laura Blue

Laura Blue is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mortgage banking and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Mortgage Banker at SouthState Bank since September 2025, Laura has held various positions in the mortgage sector, including Mortgage Banker roles at First Horizon Bank, Regions Bank, and SunTrust Mortgage. Prior to transitioning to the mortgage industry, Laura worked as Marketing Director and M&A Manager at BellSouth and began a career in accounting as a CPA at Arthur Andersen & Co. Laura holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
