Beth Vornbrock

Beth Vornbrock is an experienced Software Quality Assurance Manager currently employed at Southwest Airlines since April 2018. Previously, Beth held the same title at Terumo BCT from August 2015 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing project schedules, backlog adjustments, and facilitating communication with leadership. As a Scrum Master, Beth was integral to adapting software development processes and ensuring team effectiveness within an Agile environment. Prior to Terumo BCT, Beth accumulated extensive experience at Epsilon Targeting as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing a team supporting significant revenue, and directing critical projects, including a data center move.
