Jeanell Frelot

Jeanell Frelot, MSN, RN, NE-BC, CPHQ, HACP, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Outcomes at Lake Charles Memorial Health System since July 2017, previously holding the position of Assistant Director Patient Safety and Quality. From August 2013 to May 2017, Jeanell worked as a Clinical Process Improvement Specialist at CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Health System. Prior experience includes roles at W.O. Moss Regional Medical Center as RN-Program Coordinator and RN Charge Nurse/Supervisor, and at CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital as RN Staff/Charge Nurse in the Telemetry/Cardiac Step-Down Unit and Emergency Department. Earlier in the career, Jeanell served as Clinical Nurse Supervisor/ADON at United Home Care Services. Jeanell holds a Master of Science in Nursing-Health Care Systems Management from Loyola University New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McNeese State University, where an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing was also obtained.
