Prior roles include Roughneck and Field Roustabout at NOV, along with positions focused on solids control and water transfer at TanMar Companies, LLC, and TETRA Technologies, Inc. Andrew Caldwell began their career in water transfer as a Junior Operator at TETRA Technologies, gaining foundational experience in the industry.
