Responsibilities · Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat · Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs · Data entry in various platforms

Brief Description To be the first point of contact for designated firms from a service and operations perspective. Directly provide administrative and operational support for advisors and their staff related to accounts, including account opening and closing; receipt and delivery of account securities; communication and coordination with custodians and advisors regarding account set up, cashiering, and transfer and delivery instructions. Ensure advisors’ needs are met while engaging team-based Advisor Support resources.

Qualifications · At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience · Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills · Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work · High attention to detail · Loves to serve people
