Steven Dick

Steven Dick is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale operations and driving revenue growth. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations and People at Sparkle since March 2023, Steven manages a wide range of responsibilities, including staff recruitment, sales, financial management, and brand expansion through franchise development. Previously, as District Manager at DICK'S Sporting Goods from April 2016 to March 2023, Steven turned around an underperforming district, achieving the highest EBITDA in the company. Earlier experience at PetSmart as District Manager from January 1997 to March 2016 included transforming a struggling district into a top performer within the organization. Steven holds a degree from Texas Christian University, completed in 1997.
