David Rai

David Rai is the CEO at SPARTA GLOBAL LIMITED and has over 15 year's sales experience in the UK, Europe and North America. David co-founded Testing Circle in 2005 and grew revenues from £300k to £4 million in the first 2 years of operation. In 2016, the company achieved £17 million in turnover and has grown headcount to over 150 staff.

Rai has been responsible for the day-to-day running of Testing Circle and Sparta Global, its strategic development, sales, financial performance and growth of the company. David is considered a strategic thinker with the ability to implement to an operational state and has in-depth knowledge and contacts within the finance (investment banking, retail banking and insurance), gambling, lottery and media industry.

David Rai has completed a Master of Science in Management from The University of Manchester and a BSc. in Management and Administrative Studies from Aston University.
