Acey Montoya

Acey Montoya is a seasoned retail operations professional with extensive experience in management and training. Currently serving as Retail Operations Manager and previously as Regional Training Manager at Specsavers since May 2022, Acey has also held the role of Regional Learning & Development Advisor at Bunnings from April 2021 to May 2022. Prior to these positions, Acey spent over six years at Telstra in various roles, including Operations Manager and Store Manager, and gained early experience in the retail sector with roles at Superpartners, EB Games Australia, McDonald's, and Serco. Acey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Australian Catholic University.
