Erik Rahner

Erik Rahner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management and marketing across the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and personal care sectors. Currently serving as General Manager for North America at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since October 2023, Erik leads the Home Appliance and Personal Care portfolio. As Principal and CEO of Morehouse Consulting since 2022, Erik has driven growth for clients including Brynwood Partners and Ronin Equity Partners through strategic consulting and brand re-launch initiatives. Previously, Erik held key roles at Edgewell Personal Care, with significant contributions as Vice President & General Manager for Feminine & Infant Care and as Group Marketing Director. Erik's career began at Energizer Holdings, where successful marketing strategies for leading brands were developed. With an MBA in Marketing & International Management from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering & Business Administration from Technische Universität Darmstadt, Erik combines technical expertise with marketing acumen.
