Laura Guibert

Laura Guibert currently serves as Gerente at Naranjo Mall, having joined Spectrum in September 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at BAC Credomatic from January 2019 to September 2023, including SME Manager and Sales and Innovation Manager, where responsibilities involved negotiating with LATAM retail partners, defining commercial strategies, and executing digital projects to enhance credit card and insurance portfolios. Laura's extensive experience also includes a tenure at FINCA International from September 2013 to December 2018, where as Marketing and Operational Services Manager, Laura conducted competitor analysis and supported commercial strategies, and as Regional Sales Manager, managed multiple branches and employees. Laura founded EduKen, an NGO dedicated to providing scholarships for students in Kibera, and worked as a researcher at the Navarra Center for International Development focused on economic and financial policies. Educational achievements include an MBA with a minor in Marketing from Universidad Francisco Marroquín and a Master in Economics and Finance from the University of Navarra.
