Christopher Cruz, EMBA, is an accomplished executive in brand marketing and client success, currently serving as the Director of Brand Marketing, CRM/Marketing Systems CX Automation & Inbound Lead Generation at Spectrum Reach since August 2017. In this role, Christopher oversees sales staff, marketing implementation, and product management initiatives, having transitioned to Client Success in December 2020. As the CEO and Founder of Reluxme, LLC, since May 2019, Christopher has created a corporate housing solution in Charlotte, NC, prioritizing comfort and convenience for travelers. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable, where Christopher successfully led teams in sales support, order management, and data operations. Educational achievements include an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Finance from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
