Gregory B. Maffei

Craig A. Jacobson was elected to the board of directors of Charter on July 27, 2010. Mr. Jacobson is a founding partner at the law firm of Hansen, Jacobson, Teller, Hoberman, Newman, Warren, Richman, Rush, Kaller & Gellman, L.L.P., where he has practiced entertainment law for the past 31 years. Mr. Jacobson is a member of the Board of Directors of Expedia, Inc., Tribune Media Company, Oaktree Strategic Income Corporation (OCSIC) and Oaktree Specialty Lending Corporation (OCSLC). Mr. Jacobson was a director of Ticketmaster from August 2008 until its merger with Live-Nation, Inc. in January 2010. Mr. Jacobson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1974, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from George Washington University School of Law in 1979.
