Mike Neugebauer

Joining Speedcast in 2020, Mike brings more than 20 years of satellite communications experience to the organization. As Chief Operations Officer, Mike directs all operations activities across the globe, focused on the delivery of consistent service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Previously, Mike held executive-level operations roles at ITC Global and RigNet, and spent 15 years in various capacities at Harris CapRock Communications, including Managing Director of North America. With expertise in the oil and gas, maritime and government markets, Mike is well-versed in the operational aspects of delivering and supporting satellite communications services in harsh and remote environments and he is passionate about ensuring that the customer experience exceeds their expectations. Prior to joining the telecom sector, Mike served in the U.S. Army. He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Satellite Communications from Mitchell Technical Institute, and is ITIL V3 certified.
