Anna Fisher is the Chief Marketing Officer at Spiff. Anna is responsible for shaping corporate brand and strategy and developing the lead generation, digital, advertising, and demand generation programs to support it.

Fisher is a proven marketing and sales leader, having managed revenue marketing programs through two acquisitions and an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in nearly a decade in marketing leadership roles at ZoomInfo. During her tenure at the company, Fisher most recently served as Vice President of Marketing. In her role heading up brand awareness, lead generation, product and customer marketing, she helped guide ZoomInfo through its merger with DiscoverOrg and saw the company through its IPO in June 2020. During her eight years at the company, Fisher was instrumental in ZoomInfo’s 2,000 percent growth as it matured from a tactical tool for sales reps and marketing managers to a strategic offering for Chief Revenue and Marketing Officers.

Leslie Stretch joined the Board of Directors in February of 2021. Mr. Stretch, who has had a storied career leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations, is currently president and chief executive officer at customer experience (CX) management leader, [Medallia](/org/medallia), which he took public in 2019.

Mr. Stretch joined [Medallia](/org/medallia) in 2018 and guided the company to a successful IPO in July 2019. The company has emerged as a leader in the Customer and Employee Experience management platform market; in December, the company was named a Leader in Gartner’s first Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer and has an enterprise value north of $7 billion.

Prior to [Medallia](/org/medallia), Mr. Stretch was the President and CEO of Callidus Software, an early leader in the sales commissions space, for 11 years. Callidus was acquired by SAP for $2.6B in 2018.

Jeron is a 4x founder who loves building software companies. Prior to founding Spiff, Jeron founded Capshare, Scalar, and Boardlink. He has worked as a Director of Product Management at Thomson Financial, a Principal at Signal Peak Ventures (formerly vSpring Capital), a $400M early-stage venture capital firm, and as the CEO of Scalar Partners. Jeron loves outdoor endurance events, soccer (indoors and out) and mountain biking. Jeron has a dual concentration degree from BYU in Philosophy and Economics and an MBA from Harvard.

Matt Stapleton is currently the Co-Founder & COO at [Spiff](/org/spiff). Prior to this, they were the Head of Shareworks Startup at Shareworks by [Morgan Stanley](/org/morgan-stanley) from May 2019 to September 2019. Before that, they were an Associate at Scalar Analytics from February 2011 to April 2014 where they provided independent valuation and transaction advisory services to limited partners, general partners, and private companies. In April 2010 to June 2010, Matt was an Intern at BoomStartup helping review applications to the summer incubator program and reviewed contact lists for marketing of events to the general community. From January 2010 to April 2010, Matt was a Class Due Diligence Intern at Kickstart Seed Fund. From May 2009 to September 2009 Matt worked as a Software Developer at Bidmail Inc.

Casey Crouch is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Front-End Engineering at [Spiff](/org/spiff). Prior to this, Casey was a Software Engineer at Capshare, Inc from October 2014 to October 2018. There, they were a full-stack developer and team lead for a large scale equity management web application using Ruby on Rails and React. Casey's responsibilities included code design and architecture, training and development of team members, implementation and coordination of new features and enhancements.

Prior to Capshare, Casey worked as a contractor from June 2013 to September 2014 where they developed for several clients, primarily delivering front-end work but often providing back-end support as well. Casey contributed substantially to design, and was responsible for all front-end work at Mindquest, Inc. Casey also worked within a highly customized Wordpress theme at Go Moment, Inc., and provided PHP when necessary. Lastly, they solely developed, designed, and established hosting for WEDO, Inc, using a premium Wordpress theme.

Before their career in software engineering, Casey was Customer Service and Field Supervisor at Basin Recreation District Park City Utah from January 2007 to December 2013. Casey also worked part time as a Software Engineer at Safestream, Inc from August 2006 to May 2010.

Raphael Bres is the current Chief Product Officer at [Spiff](/org/spiff). Prior to this, they served as the Chief Product Officer at [Tradeshift](/org/tradeshift) from February 2020 to August 2021. Raphael has also held positions as the Vice President & General Manager - Financial Management at [FinancialForce](/org/financialforce) from October 2015 to February 2020, the Vice President of Product Strategy - Financials at Workday Inc. from November 2012 to October 2015, and the Principal Group Program Manager - Dynamics ERP at Microsoft Corp. from July 2008 to November 2012. 

Raphael began their career in 1998 as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Raphael then became the Global Development Manager at Oracle Corp in 1999 and held that position until 2000 when they became the Senior Strategy Manager - Financial products. Raphael remained with Oracle Corp until 2006 when they joined Microsoft Corp. 

Raphael has a long history of working in product strategy and management with a focus on financial products. Raphael's experience and expertise have been invaluable in their role as Chief Product Officer at [Spiff](/org/spiff).

He helped build numerous Human-Centered Design teams in diverse types organizations from global non-profit, growth companies to publicly traded companies.

Before moving West, Arsham spent five years in Boston at the expansion stage venture firm, OpenView, where he invested in companies like Deputy, Highspot, and GitPrime, among others. Arsham studied Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and is an active member of the school’s Entrepreneurship Advisory Council.
