Chintu Chandrakandan

Chintu Chandrakandan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human capital planning and organizational strategy, currently serving as Vice President in the Office of the CEO at Spin Master since 2014. Chintu has successfully led the development of a five-year enterprise strategy, enhanced executive team effectiveness through the introduction of OKRs, and partnered with key stakeholders to build enterprise capabilities across various functions. Previous roles include Vice President of Workforce Planning, where Chintu managed a global cross-functional team, implemented innovative reward solutions, and improved payroll efficiency. With a strong foundation in financial modeling and human capital management from earlier positions, Chintu has consistently driven cost savings and efficiency gains throughout the organization. Chintu holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Ryerson University.
