Balaji Ratakonda

Balaji Ratakonda has extensive work experience in strategy, corporate development, and M&A. Balaji has served as the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Spirent Communications since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked at NETSCOUT as the Director of Corporate Development from 2015 to December 2019. Before that, they held the position of Sr Manager of M&A and Strategic Business Development at Danaher Corporation from 2011 to 2015, and Manager of Corporate Strategy from 2009 to 2010. Balaji also worked as a Senior Software Architect at Tektronix Communications from 2004 to 2009.

Balaji Ratakonda holds an MBA degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on General studies.
