Fred Malley

Fred Malley currently serves as the Director of Corporate Communications and Government Relations at Spirit AeroSystems, leading a team of 11 in developing and executing communications strategies that enhance brand perception and stakeholder relations. Prior experience at Merck as Director of Global Manufacturing Communications involved directing communications in support of manufacturing sites worldwide and engaging with various stakeholders to address business issues. Fred held significant roles at Schering-Plough, initially as Director of Global Internal Communications, where strategic plans drove cultural change, and later as Director of Global Corporate Communications, focusing on messaging for external stakeholders. Earlier in the career, Fred worked at AT&T in multiple communications roles, including Creative Director for multimedia marketing and Senior Communications Manager in Investor Relations. Fred holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
