Stephen was also a data analyst and Java developer at City University London. Stephen Mason has a passion for technology and is always looking for ways to improve upon current systems.

Dzhamal Gebekov is the current head of QA at [Splyt](/org/splyt). Dzhamal has previously worked as the head of QA at Bradbury Lab and as a lead software test engineer at Medialogia. Dzhamal has extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing test plans and test cases. Dzhamal is also skilled in setting up and organizing test automation processes. In their previous positions, Dzhamal has also been responsible for coaching test team members and conducting job interviews.

Tim has over ten years of experience in software development and has held various positions in the industry, including Lead Developer and CTO. Tim is an expert in web development and has a keen interest in new technologies.

Prior to joining [Splyt](/org/splyt), Kris was a freelance translator who translated the Ascendas-Singbridge magazine from English to Chinese and proofread it. Kris has also worked as a Digital Content Manager at Wipay Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for content management of Wechat Official Account, Facebook page, Gowhere/Dianping Singapore, and other social media platforms. Kris is experienced in social media marketing campaigns and video content management. Kris is also skilled in creative content creation, copywriting, and market research. In addition, Kris has provided training and support to clients in WeChat Pay account set up and daily management.

Wen Lee is a software engineer who specializes in quality assurance testing. Wen has worked for [Bank of Singapore](/org/bank-of-singapore) and [SWIFT](/org/swift), two major companies in the financial industry. At [Bank of Singapore](/org/bank-of-singapore), they served as the lead QA tester on development projects of [SWIFT](/org/swift) Alliance Gateway. Wen was responsible for developing and maintaining test plans, test specifications, and test cases. Wen also designed and developed automation test scripts using SIFT programming language (XML).

At [SWIFT](/org/swift), Wen was a software test engineer responsible for integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing of [SWIFT](/org/swift) application products. Wen also reviewed functional requirements specification and design documents to ensure testability and became acquainted with products. Wen has experience in [SWIFT](/org/swift) products installation and test cases execution across multiple platforms such as Windows, Linux and Unix. Amy Ovenden is the HR Operations Manager at [Splyt](/org/splyt). Amy has over 20 years of experience in human resources, including management of direct reports, delivery of the annual People Plan, and employee relations case management. Ovenden has also been responsible for recruitment processes, reviewing and updating company policies and procedures, management of organisational change, compensation and benefits management, partnering with L&D on competency development and talent management initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, payroll management, health & safety management, and employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
